We offer FREE worldwide shipping with DHL on fountain pens to the following countries:

United States, CANADA, EUROPEAN UNION, UNITED KINGDOM, SWITZERLAND, NORWAY

Shipping cost to other countries - 30 Euros
Shipping cost Israel - 65 Euros
Shipping cost on single nib units worldwide - 30 Euros

Courier Delivery European Union


We offer FREE delivery in Europe on all fountain pens (exclude single nib units).

Europe delivery with DHL courier within 2-5 working days.
Please allow extra days for delivery during Italian or European national holidays, weekends and sale time.

Please be aware the courier are unable to deliver to some remote locations outside their service area.
If this is the case courier will contact you to collect your parcel from your nearest collection point.

We’re sorry, shipping to an alternative address other than the order address is not possible, please communicate if you would like to change your delivery address. This includes PO Box or an address in another country.

Please be aware that if you place multiple orders close to each other, they may be packed together to ensure you receive the goods as quickly as possible.
International delivery outside EU

International delivery all over the world.

International orders outside of EU will be delivered by DHL  within 5-10 working days.
International shipments outside of EU will be subject to local customs regulations and duty and tax charges. These duties and taxes are calculated based on both the type and value of the item being shipped.

From 1st January 2021, the United Kingdom is no longer part of the EU. If you are buying from the UK you may have to pay customs duty and tax when you receive your order.

Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods you purchase online and they will be calculated by your local custom with delivery of goods.

USA/Canada delivery 3-5 working days with DHL
Australia / Asia delivery 3-7 working days with DHL
Worldwide delivery 3-10 working days DHL

Shipping cost for a single nib unit - 30 Euros.

Dispatch time, regular production.

All writing instruments, fountain pens and roller balls of regular production that are in stock can be dispatch within 5 working days.
If for some reasons, we have a limited stock on sale and purchased item is currently not available, you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone to resolve the problem. It will be your choice to wait, to choose another item or to cancel your order.

Please note, due to limited stock of some nibs, even if they are in constant production,  we may need 3-5 days more to dispatch your order for the following nib sizes: EF, B, Stub, Italic, Flexy, Superflexy, Stub flexy, Cursive Italic flexy, Chinese nib, Oblique, Architecht point.



Dispatch time, Limited Edition pens.

Our Limited Edition pens need many hours of work and for the moment will be ordered just by custom request, unless it is specified on the website the availability of the pen (IN STOCK).

dispatch time out of stock: 20-25 working days
When you order a Limited Edition pen, you can choose the available serial number on request.

Important information

At the moment of delivery, you will have to check:

  • that the number of packages on delivery corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice;
  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged or altered;


All our products are carefully packed in card boxes with Santini Italia Logo tape to protect against any kind of damage or loss.
Please check the integrity of the parcel once received. Any external damage or the lack of correspondence in the number of packages must be notified to the courier, putting the lettering “goods accepted under reserve" on the specific accompanying document.

In the case of a damaged package, write " goods accepted under reserve because the package is damaged”.

To which countries can I have my order shipped?
Currently with Santini Italia it is possible to make purchases in all Countries of the world.



What are the shipping costs?
We offer free worldwide delivery for all fountain pens to the following countries: European Union, USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland (exclude single nib units or orders under 199 Euros). Shipping cost to other countries is 30 Euros.
The cost of single nib units is 30 Euros to all countries to all countries.
The shipping costs do not include customs duties and import duties.



How much are the costs and the customs duties?
If you ordered outside of the European Union, please consider that customs duties are applied when the package reaches the destination country. Santini Italia has no control on these amounts and cannot tell you how much are they, since they can vary from country to country.



What is the timing for my order fulfilment?
Most of our fountain pens are in stock and can be dispatched within 48 hours. That does not apply if you order a fountain pen with Broad, Stub and Flexy, Italic, Chinese, Architecht point gold nib, we may need 3-5 days more to dispatch your order.



What is the timing for the shipment of my order?
We use service of express and fast shipment, which guarantees the delivery of the goods within 2-10 working days all over the world. Variations are possible due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and driveability in general or by act of authority.



Where is my order?
All the orders are sent through a service of traceable delivery. Once the shipment has been made, we will send you a confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number to check the status of the delivery of your package. If the date forecasted for the delivery has already passed and you have not received your package yet, please contact us by clicking here, we will do our best to help you.



What do I do if the package I received has been opened or damaged?
At the moment of delivery, you will have to check:

that the number of packages on delivery corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice;
that the packaging is intact, not damaged or altered;
Any external damage or the lack of correspondence in the number of packages must be notified to the courier, putting the lettering “goods accepted under reserve" on the specific accompanying document.

My order has not arrived yet
The date forecasted for the delivery has already passed but your order has not arrived yet? Before contacting us be sure that you have:

Tracked the shipment of your package by using the tracking number that was sent to you with the e-mail of confirmation of the shipment.
  • Checked that the delivery address and your contact information are correct. In particular, make sure that the name on the intercom (if different from yours) is reported on the delivery address;
  • Checked if the courier has left a notice in your mailbox. Your order could be located at the depot of the courier or at a Pick-up Point (Access Point) ready to be picked or the courier could be waiting to be contacted to rearrange the delivery;
  • Asked to your neighbours if they have picked up the package at your name.
If you have not found your package yet, please contact our Customer Service. We will do our best to help you.



Can I change my shipment address?
After the order has been submitted it is not possible to change the shipment address. The reason is that we cannot guarantee that the change made in our system becomes effective before the shipment. You can contact our customer service if you order is not shipped yet, it is possible.



Can I arrange the delivery directly at work or at the home of a relative/neighbour/friend?
We can make the delivery wherever you want: at work or at the home of a friend or a relative.
To choose a different address, you just have to click on "Add a new address" before proceeding with the confirmation and the payment of your order.
If you want that we send the package to your work address, make sure first that there is someone who withdraws the package, because the courier will make the delivery at the selected address, and not to you in person.



Can I request the delivery of my order during the weekend or on public holidays?
The couriers cannot make deliveries on public holidays and during the weekends. In the case you make your order during the weekend, the processing and the shipment of the same will take place on the first following working day.



What happens if I am not home at the time of the delivery?
Do not worry: if you are not present at the time of the delivery, the courier will leave a notice with the contacts to arrange a new delivery.
In case of further absence, the courier will make a third delivery attempt or will deposit the package at a receiving point (Access Point) near your home, where you can make the withdrawal of the same. If also this attempt fails, you will be contacted by our Customer Service.
In cases of failed delivery, the product will return to the warehouses, with the subsequent cancellation of the order and refund of the purchase price with the exception of the transport costs.



Who bears the costs and customs duties?
We offer a free shipping for all orders. The shipping costs do not include customs duties and import duties in case of delivery ...If you ordered outside of the European Union, please consider that customs duties are applied when the package reaches the destination country.

We have no control on these amounts and cannot tell you how much are they, since they can vary from country to country.
We suggest you to contact the customs office for receiving more information about it before placing an order, so that you do not have unpleasant surprises in case you had to pay customs duties which you were not expecting.



If I order today when will my order been shipped?
We always try to do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible. All pens noted as in stock with nib sizes M, F will be shipped within 48 hours. If you order a nib sizes XF, B, Stub, F Flexy, Cursive, Calligraphy, Chinese, Italic we may need 3-5 days more to prepare your order due to limited stock of the nib sizes. Plese allow us an extra time to check nibs for writing. Anyway your order will be shipped in maximun 5 days.



Can I be contacted by the courier for the delivery?
The courier has all the contact details (phone and email) you provided at the time of order. We cannot guarantee that the courier will contact you by phone before the delivery. You will be contacted only if the first attempt will fail.



Can I give a precise time for the delivery?
It is not possible to set a specific time for the delivery: your order will be delivered on weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 09.00 p.m. to 06.00 p.m..



Which is the list of countries where I can receive my order?
We deliver all over the world and specifically most of our products go to the following countries: USA, Australia, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Japan, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark, United Arabic Emirates, Vietman, South Korea, Singapore, Phillipines, Taiwan..
