How do I have my writing instrument repaired?

Please contact our Customer Service first, if you want to receive a repair assistance.

Please be sure:

  • to include a description of the repair you are requesting with your writing instrument.
  • send us your pen by registered mail, it is more easy to track your package.
  • keep the tracking information so that you can check that we have received your package
  • make sure you include your contact information, warranty document and/or your printed sales receipt with your writing instrument.
  • please do not send your pen in its original gift box, but wrap it safely in bubble wrap and enclose it in a padded envelope or box.

For older models purchased more than 10 years ago:

Please send us an email at with a digital picture of your pen so we can determine the model.
We will confirm with you next steps based on the age of the writing instrument.
If the repair is covered by the warranty and we cannot repair or replace the writing instrument with exactly the same product, we may contact you before carrying out the replacement of the pen for free.

If the repair is not covered by the warranty and we cannot repair or replace your writing instrument, we will return it to you unrepaired and offer you a Special Discount of 20% on a pen of your choice that is currently available. The offer will be valid for 2 months.
